2. Payment Terms
✔️ All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed-upon milestones.
✔️ Payments are non-refundable, as outlined in our Refund & Return Policy.
✔️ Any third-party costs (such as ad spend, hosting, domain purchases) are to be borne by the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
✔️ The client must provide all necessary content, branding materials, and access credentials needed to execute the project.
✔️ Delays caused by the client (such as failure to provide required materials) may impact the timeline, and we are not responsible for such delays.
4. Project Timelines
✔️ Estimated timelines will be provided in the project agreement. However, timelines may change due to unexpected challenges or client delays.
✔️ Revisions will be addressed within a reasonable time frame, but excessive or out-of-scope revisions may incur additional costs.
5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
✔️ All marketing strategies, designs, and reports developed by us remain our property until full payment is made.
✔️ We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information. However, we reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
✔️ While we strive for the best results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as rankings, conversions, or engagement levels) as they depend on various factors.
✔️ We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages caused by the performance of marketing campaigns.
7. Termination of Services
✔️ Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of at least 15 days.
✔️ If a project is terminated after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
8. Compliance & Ethical Practices
✔️ We strictly follow ethical digital marketing practices and comply with platform guidelines (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
✔️ We will not engage in black-hat SEO, fake engagement tactics, or unethical advertising.
9. Modification of Terms
✔️ Global Tech Consultancy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
